Troupe Nambah thanks the Bolivian Women's Association for inviting them
to participate in their fundraiser.

When you help, you give hope

The Bolivian Women Association, (Asociacion de Damas Bolivianas) is a
non-profit organization dedicated to raise funds to send to Bolivia to
the poor and sick. This International Dance Festival Event is one of
the main events in which funds are raised for this purpose. The Dinner
Show included dance performances by Bolivian and Peruvian dance
groups as well as MiddleEastern and Latin styles of dance such as Tango
and Belly Dance.

Over 300 people attended the
Bolivian Women's Association's Fundraiser
enjoying dinner, singing, dance performances
and after dinner dancing.

Grupo Bolivia Corazon de America:

Two rival villagers meet, one in orange the other in red,
and have a dance-off over land possession.

Soon the men and women of each respective town
join in for a very high energy dance.

Grupo Kanchis:

Grupo Kanchis demonstrated a very traditional
Peruvian village dance in brilliantly embroidered costumes

and then also performed a flirty pair dance.

George Nicol and his partner, Tiziana Perinotti,
performed a slinky
Argentinian Tango and a Tango Waltz.

Troupe Nambah:

Troupe Nambah performed four of their classic dances,
ending with a Spanish Fusion number.

These 4 shots are of their "Shubra" Dance.
